My heart is always in the right place but my mind's often in the gutter

I'm an artist and I'm also the manager of a custom framing shop. I love my job and I work very hard to achieve my sales goals. My store is ranked top 25 in the country out of over 1000 stores. When I'm not working I try to relax and enjoy each day.
I'm super laid back and rarely get angry although no one would ever call me a pushover. I'm empathetic and logical as opposed to emotional and dramatic. Most people come to me for advice or to confide in me. I try to always be a good person and a great friend.
I want to find someone that is funny, smart, even tempered, kind, passionate, loving, honest and hard working. I guess I'm looking for me but with a d*ick lol.

Pretty much everything ..... except sports and dating of course .
In reality tho, art ,being a manager, problem solving, and making people laugh.
