I enjoy reading though I haven't done much in a few years. I have a small library and reread books when I do feel like reading. I rarely buy books anymore though I like to go to Borders and look around. I recently got DVR and can't imagine tv without it now. I enjoy science and science fiction in the books and tv shows I watch. House is one of my favorite shows.

I have a doberman named Gordon. He's pretty old. He had cancer but I brought him to a place in Waltham for radiation treatment. He's been pretty good since but not as strong.

I grew up in this area though I lived in Florida for a year when I was a baby and don't have any memories. Maybe that's why I hate the cold and snow. I'd like to live somewhere milder someday. I was wondering what it would be like to live in Italy. I'm learning Italian. I started in college but stopped and recently got interested again. I got some CDs for the car and a program for the computer. I was thinking of getting some post-its and marking everything around the house.

My family is Catholic but I only attend church for funerals and weddings. Sitting there in the pew I sometimes feel like I'll spontaneously combust.

Physically I'm 5'8", around 190, have hazel eyes, brown wavy hair. I'm generally calm, helpful, inquisitive, analytical. I have a BS in Mathematics and not knowing what to do with that ended up in information technology. I tend to enjoy it though it isn't very fulfilling. The best part of my job is that I occasionally get to design and create applications.

I'd like to become fluent in Italian, learn to play the guitar, write a book.

The Hot Zone by Richard Preston is an awesome book. It's better than a lot of fiction I've read.

Some of my favorite movies are the Jason Bourne series, Heat, Dr. Strangelove, Spinal Tap and pretty much anything with Russell Crowe or Gary Oldman or Morgan Freeman.

I like some newer and older rock. The stations I listed to the most are 107.3, 94.1, and 100.7.

My favorite foods are things my grandmother makes. Meat Pie, Stuffed Grape Leaves, and Lasagna. I also love pizza and chocolate though not together.
