Food: Good vegan and vegetarian food. Although I'm not a devout vegetarian or vegan I do believe reducing the amount of meat I eat is important. I usually pick the vegetarian option when at a restaurant. Peanut butter, rice, kale, most fruits, most vegetables, kefir, hummus, popcorn, pasta, sushi.

I drink green smoothies, often very bad tasting green smoothies. I like it when they taste good, but sometimes all I have are vegetables, usually specifically kale.
