My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Just relocated from Washington, D.C. I've really enjoyed my time in the South (let's be honest, it is below the Mason Dixon) and absorbing all DC has to offer, but looking for to life in the city of brotherly love.

Always looking for more activity buddies to try new museums, restaurants, runs, and hikes. (Yes, I do support the Oxford comma).
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Tax attorney/consultant. Don't worry, I won't share the details of that. I'm fortunate to work extremely flexible hours and not take my work home...too often.

I try to run about 25 or so miles a week and take great pleasure in designing extremely creative routes. Lately, I've suffered the run from Dupont to American University up Mass ave. and back around through Conn. and Rock Creek.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Recycling.
Tax law.
Facts - I know all sorts of facts.
Eating Thai food.
Seeing the positive.
My friend tells me I "put people at ease."
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - I enjoy leisure reading, but don't have as much time as I used to. Anthem by Ayn Rand is a good one. Recently downloaded all 1200 pages of Les Mis and would love to start attacking that.

TV - Firefly, Parks and Rec, Lost, Battlestar Galactica, GoT, Veep, Masterchef. I don't have cable TV, but Netflix and Amazon seem to get the job done.

Movies - a little bit of everything
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Running shoes;
2. Weather apps;
3. Jeep - apparently a useless possession in the District;
4. Smartrip Card; (although I walk to work so I could probably leave this)
5. Cell phone;
6. Lists
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Whether the District will be a permanent home or whether I'm just another transient.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You value intelligence/learning/NPR.
You enjoy doing new things - outside or inside.
