My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm originally from the US (Boston) but am living in Switzerland (after spending a couple years living in Sydney, Australia). I hate traveling (kidding, obviously), and apparently I have a really stupid sense of humor (unless of course you thought that was a funny joke, in which case "Will you marry me?" :)

Starting with the boring - I run a private equity fund. I was a lawyer. More interestingly, I have degrees in Physical Therapy and Special Education (although I obviously sold my soul for greed). And yes, I clearly liked university summer vacations way too much to stop studying.

I'm active - I bike, ski, hike, do rowing, ran a marathon, would like to train for a triathlon but I'm too damn lazy to follow through on it. I ski (not well considering I live in Switzerland) and have trained Aikido for 20 years.

Just so you don't think I'm a dumb jock lawyer slacker with no soul who likes summer holidays too much (wait, maybe I am), I like to read, will check out the occasional theater performance, recite poetry on the first date (that's a straight up lie) and sing karaoke (horribly).

I love to travel. I spent most of the last year traveling South America (5 months of studying Spanish and volunteering in Colombia, hiking the Inka Trail in Peru, snorkeling in the Galapgos, partying and jumping waves in Brazil and dancing tango in Buenos Aires), sailing the Greek and Swedish Islands, hanging out on the beach in Budva, Montenegro, watching snooty people in the South of France, drinking beer in London, visiting family in the US, and rocking out in a hospital bed with Dengue Fever in Thailand. Now I'm back to work and reality!

As you can tell, I am on the go and have a lot of energy, so it will take a special lady to keep up with me (and slow me down).

I'm ready to settle down with that one special girl out there for me. I think my severe case of Peter Pan complex is going away, and I can't be hassled dating just to date (wow - I never thought I'd say that. . . maybe I really am finally growing up). In case my pics aren't posted yet, I look like John Malkovich 20 years ago.

And if I haven't won your heart yet, my mother says I'm special and a great catch, and we all know Moms don't lie!
