My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Moving from San Diego back to San Francisco this month after almost 5 years of being gone. I am really going to miss the beach, the sun, and the ease and proximity to a vacation day in Mexico, and my wonderful friends in San Diego. I decided it is time for change and a great job opportunity, friends, family and the city I love has lured my back to live in the fog. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and rediscovering the city.

I am a peds nurse and find my job rewarding. It puts my own life in perspective and allows me to help others and work with people from all walks of life.

I thrive off of people, travel, and new experiences so if you can show me something new, you will have my attention. I enjoy hiking and being outdoors but equally love museums and art. I am kind of obsessed with yoga.

Making new friends, connecting with people, and shopping. Yes, unfortunately I am too good at shopping but currently have this under control.

Cormac McCarthy, Jon Krakauer, Shakespeare, Steinbeck, F. Scott Fitzgerald,Bret Easton Ellis... looking at this I guess I like reading some depressing stuff! Baz Luhrmann, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Last of the Mohicans, True Romance, True Detective, The Sopranos, and Mean Girls. Yes I said it, Mean Girls, Tina Fey is hilarious . Music wise I'm all over except I loath modern country.

Art is super important to me, it annoys me it's not on this list! This shows exactly what is wrong with american modern society, kidding, sort of ;). I love dance specifically contemporary ballet and modern dance. I adore everything Art Deco . And if you want to know my taste in painters and get this far reading you can ask. Oh and I love flowers. I feel like I should say that here while I am ranting about things I like. I prefer the iris, ranunculus, peonies and the tulip.

When it comes to food I try to eat as many vegetables and unprocessed foods as possible. It makes me feel better and the research behind that type of diet reducing morbidities is hard to argue with. But that can get boring and am a sucker for awesome food and adult beverages of all types. I love seafood and spicy food. I treasure a good coffee, and frankly on a twelve hour shift it makes me a nicer nurse. Also, I hate to admit it but occasionally I do savor the chemically goodness of a diet coke( a girl has got to get her preservatives somehow )
