I like riding my bike and working out, and do both almost daily. I do like red wine with dinner sometimes and I like beer with chicken wings and pizza or on a hot summer day. I like go-karts, putt-putt, playing board games, card games, and especially video games. I also like museums and theme parks, quiet walks and action movies. I really like the NFL!
I finished up my masters degree in december last year in Education Administration. But i dont consider myself only formally educated, my education has an informal aspect to it as well from the eight years I spent on active duty in the U.S. Army.
My favorite kinds of music are christian rap and classic rock, although honestly, I like just about everything (although country and classical are towards the bottom of the list).
What I'm looking for in a woman... Well, I'm looking for someone who is cheerful, attractive, witty, and honest... someone with whom i can share the days of my life, my victories and defeats - the thrilling moments and the boring ones... someone who is affectionate, who likes kissing and holding hands... someone who really loves me for me, forgives me for my imperfections, and doesn't just tell me but shows me. If you want to know more just ask...
3-27-11: I woke up this morning, rolled over, and stared blankly at the light coming in through the blinds in my room. I was thinking about how nice it would have been to wake up next to someone who was really special to me and who felt the same for me. i think about that alot these days. ok, so i think about it all the time. i had laid there for several minutes when my daughter came downstairs and came to the doorway of my room.
"whatcha doin?", I asked.
"nothin. what are you doing", she replied.
"thinkin", i answered, still staring at the window.
"it looks funny", she said, "just one lump in the bed."
"you mean because im alone?", i asked.
"yeah. it's such a big bed for one person."
"funny", i said, "that's actually what i was thinkin about." I thought to myself how incredible it is that kids can be so in tune with the world around them.
"how about breakfast?", i asked, "we've got those orange flavored cinnamon rolls to cook."
