My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey =)

I'm Josh.

I'm a complex person with simple desires. My driving passion is books. Not just reading or writing, but everything about them, from stories, to cover art, to the business aspects, and more.

I love to explore and learn about life, the world, and people in general. I've traveled the East Coast extensively, visiting basically every state there is, along with trips to Canada and Aruba on occasion.

I'd love to visit Europe (specifically England and France, but everywhere sounds good), Hawaii, and Alaska some day, but I don't seem to have a good travel partner yet. (Are you interested? :P )

I hope to go skydiving in the near future, as well.

My self-summary is probably very simple:
I'm a passionate person who would like to enjoy myself, and it'd be fun to have someone alongside me who would like to enjoy themselves, too.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work in book publishing. I do write my own books, but I also edit, create cover art, do book formatting, marketing, promotions, social media management, and all of that.

Currently I've written and published 72 e-books, 9 paperback books, and 16 audiobooks, along with helping countless other authors with their own books, as well.

I've been on some bestsellers lists and stuff, so that's pretty cool.

I'm currently "in college," which is to say that I am taking classes, but it's mostly for fun because I like it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm really good at being open-minded and analytical.

I like figuring stuff out, kind of like a puzzle, and then trying out what I've just figured out to see how it goes.

I'm also good at learning about obscure things, which hasn't been all that useful yet, but I'm still holding out hope.

I'll just go through more recent things, because otherwise these lists will be too long.

Books -
Fifty Shades(all three of them) - I loved these books.
The Hunger Games(currently reading, but it's good)
Kushiel's Scion, Justice, and Mercy(not recent, but basically my all time favorite books) - I like all of the Kushiel's Legacy books, but the middle three were my favorite, and I think Imriel and Sidonie are probably the best literary couple ever.

Movies -
The Notebook(not recent, oh well) - I think this is a great movie.
The Hunger Games
Video Game High School - Freddie Wong is the best.

Shows -
I don't watch a lot of TV, to be honest. Mainly Netflix and Hulu, and also probably random obscure stuff that not a lot of people have heard of, because apparently I'm strange and this is the stuff that Netflix and Hulu recommend to me. I don't know how that happened.

I'm currently watching Continuum, and looking forward to The Walking Dead coming back.

Music -
I like a lot of indie music, but it's mostly all pop-sounding indie music, so I think I've failed as a hipster. Besides that, I like a lot of Electronic stuff. Here's a random example:

Food -
I try not to eat a lot of sugary or carb-loaded foods (bread, pasta, etc.) Besides that, I'm fairly open.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My cats,
My computer,

I'm not sure on the last three. Maybe I'll come back to this question...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I'd like to build a fully-sustainable house some day out in the country somewhere. Solar panels, rain collection system, the works. Maybe a greenhouse, too.

Not specifically for any super environmentalist/green eco-friendly reasons, but I just think it'd be nice to be self-reliant.

Also, if there were a random zombie apocalypse situation, I'd probably be all set. (I don't think this'll ever really happen, so that's more like a useless side benefit, but you never know, I guess)

If you like books, that'd be neat.

Or if you just want to chat.

Want to get a coffee sometime?

I'm also potentially looking for a partner for dance lessons, so if that sounds interesting to you, definitely let me know. (I'm possibly terrible, but that's what the lessons are for, right?)
