My self-summary
I am a strange and quirky girl who loves dancing and making faces, with or without provocation. I am addicted to words, whether in music, movies, or books, and I love going on random adventures. I am a polyamorous vegetarian with anarchist tendencies, as well as an agnostic unitarian universalist. I love old school punk, ska, folk, and most kinds of music you can think of. I love going to concerts and dancing my ass off. I'm a total nerd (and proud of it) who loves Star Trek and rubik's cubes, but I love going out and having a good time too. I'm looking for intelligent, strange people to have fun and enjoy life with.

I am silly, nerdy, and hopelessly romantic.
What I’m doing with my life
I graduated from RIT with a bachelor of science in Imaging and Photographic Technology, and on a whim moved to San Francisco to live with my sister. After working a string of crappy jobs, I finally managed to make it into my chosen field. I currently work at a small printing start-up, where we do wide format inkjet printing, drum scanning, and fine art capture.

More to come, if I can manage to stop being lazy. ::Shakes magic 8-ball:: "Outlook not so good." Damn.
I’m really good at
Singing along to songs I've never heard before. Its a gift. Sometimes it weirds people out. Back at school, I was at a coffeehouse listening to a musician I'd go to see frequently. I was singing along to a song of his, getting every word right. When he finished, he looked at me and said, "That's really scary. I wrote that two weeks ago!" He probably thought I was stalking him or something like that, but really, that was the first time I'd heard the song. Honest!
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a little unusual. Sometimes I forget this, but its true. I'm just used to myself, and so are my close friends.

Oh yeah, that and my shaved head, I suppose.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books - I'm addicted to books. I've been on a classics kick for years, and it doesn't seem to be letting up anytime soon. I love Kafka and Vonnegut. I also really like fantasy. The Hobbit is definitely one of my favorite books.

Movies - Again, I love, love, love movies. One of my all time favorites is Better Off Dead. I love classicly funny movies, like Mel Brooks and Steve Martin flicks. I love foreign films, like Amelie and Battle Royale. I love classic movies with bad-ass heros like Steve McQueen in The Great Escape and Humphrey Bogart in The Big Sleep. I just love movies.

Music - I love Punk, Ska, Folk, Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Swing, Big Band, Showtunes, and so many others. Currently my favorite band is World/Inferno Friendship Society. They are a cabaret punk orchestra, and are one of the most fun live acts I've ever seen. So good, in fact, that I've followed them across the country. If you like punk even a little bit, and you haven't heard of them, look them up. You won't regret it.

Food - I love Indian, Thai, sushi (the vegetarian kind), bread, cheese, chocolate, pasta, carbs in general are good, veggie dogs, edamame, mac 'n cheese, etc...and there is no finer combination in the world than tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella. The Italians really know their stuff. I dare anyone to name a finer combination. (Sadly, I recently learned that I'm somewhat allergic to tomatoes and can't really eat them anymore. *tear*)
The six things I could never do without
1. a book
2. music of some kind
3. cheese
4. ...that's about it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Being a lazy ass, hanging out with my house mates, maybe going to an event/concert, but more likely than not, being a lazy ass.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I find the world to be a terrifying place, so I tend to find ways of escaping from it. That's probably why I love books so much.
I’m looking for
  • Guys and girls who like bi girls
  • Ages 23–32
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating

...you think the world is an absurd place to live in.
