I am geeky, adventurous, and happy.
My Self-Summary
Let's run away together and
backpack through
Europe. Let's never eat at a chain
restaurant again! Let's declare "This is the best day of our lives"
at least once a month. forever.
I love life. Glad to see we have something in common!
What I’m doing with my life
I just graduated with a BA in Information Technology Management. I
currently work for a local tech company. I love my job.
I also am working on a website with a good friend. That is the
first step to taking over the world right? Step 1. Start a website.
Step 2. ?????? Step 3. Profit. I got this under control.
obviously.
I play on a
soccer
team, and try to eat healthy. I love the coffee shop environment
but love
tea more than
coffee. My two favorite movie genres are
comedy and
science fiction-but I love all
good movies.
I recently traveled to Malaysia and Thailand. I would much rather
stay in hostels than fancy hotels. Give me the hole-in-the-wall
vacations and I'd be happy!
I’m really good at
Friendship and networking. I'm a good conversationalist. My friends
think I give sound advice.
I am probably better than most with computers, but I won't fix your
computer.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have nice big and straight teeth. I'm fairly thin so I guess they
notice that too.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books:
Slaughterhouse-Five, Fahrenheit 451, Brave New World, 1984, Catcher
in the Rye, A Man Without a Country (perhaps anything by
Vonnegut), Authentic
Happiness, Nickel and Dimed: On (Not) Getting By in America, The
God Delusion, God is Not Great, The End of Faith, How to Win
Friends and Influence People, Stuff White People Like, The Very
Persistant Gappers of Frip, Blink,
Music:
Andrew
Bird,
Josh
Ritter,
New Pornographers,
Frightened
Rabbit,
Crooked Still.
TV:
Arrested Development, It's
always Sunny, Better off Ted, Weeds, Dexter.
The six things I could never do without
Bike,
Books, Love, Food, Family,
Oatmeal Cookies.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How my parents can possibly love Glenn Beck. Seriously. I also
reflect on my religious background frequently, I'm not religious.
Agnostic
atheist at best. I
love discussing ethics and morals. I'm an
entrepreneur so my mind wanders a
lot.
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with friends. Watching the game. Leaving town.
Traveling. I'm rarely at a
bar/club - mostly because I dance like I look.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I'm an open book. Just ask.
You should message me if
Tell me a joke you just heard and make me laugh. Ask me a question
and make me smile.
