My Self-Summary
I've heard some people talk about this site and decided to give it
a try. I enjoy traveling and outdoor activities such as
hiking, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, alpine skiing, running, etc. I am fit, fun,
intelligent, and not into drugs or smoking.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm trying to enjoy it as much as possible, as well as working on
furthering my career. I have been traveling around the world. I'd
like to someday share my life with someone and start a family. I've
been living in Hawaii for the past three years and love it here,
but I'd consider going somewhere new if the right opportunity
presented itself. Prior to moving here, I lived in Los Angeles and
Seattle.
I’m really good at
I have an analytical mind. I try to solve problems, and sometimes
just find fascinating puzzles to solve for fun. I've always been
very good at math and science. I'm good at flying airplanes, which
is what I do for a living.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm. When I get excited about
something, sometimes I want to share my excitement with everyone
else.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I like all sorts of music. I play guitar & piano. I like
reading books about science and nature. I've just read "The
Greatest Show on Earth", by Richard Dawkins, and highly recommend
it.
The six things I could never do without
family, friends, freedom, fun, females, flying
I spend a lot of time thinking about
plans for the future. I also think about a lot of random things
like spacecraft trajectories, or world events. I read a lot on the
internet about anything that I am curious about-- which tends to be
an ever-expanding set of things.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends or maybe en-route across the ocean on a
trip somewhere. The weekends are less meaningful because I don't
have a typical work schedule, although it is fun to go out on the
weekends.
