You'll be looking for what i'm looking for; otherwise, you're not looking for me. I'm an extremely witty girl seeking a like minded liberal man. i'm extremely independent (really) and outgoing (seriously)...i can talk to anyone and sometimes this gets me into peculiar situations. (i can tell you some great stories). i am on a continuous journey towards enlightenment and therefore sometimes take the long and winding road home (or to a party). i have a restless soul and LOVE to travel, although my dreams seem to be larger than my reality i.e. currently dreaming up an africa trip for the summer....i studied in Europe and felt the most at home there than at any other time in my life....i'm sarcastic but realize sarcasm can be construed as you being an a$$hole. Monty Python cracks my shit up as well as Flight of the Conchords, and I don't mind getting some of my news from the Daily Show. and as for my particulars, i'd prefer to date someone never married and childless.

i have a fantastic job as an elementary art teacher. i'm in charge, i can be goofy and make art all day...it suits me perfectly; plus i have summers to play:) i'm working on getting to south america on sabbatical in the next few years.

colloquialisms, telling personal narratives, making art and accessories, and dancing...i'm a really great dancer. and i also shred the gnar...yeah, i said it.

my eyes, they're a super cool color. and my personality is pretty brilliant as well.

bluegrass, sushi, the beatles, my favorite book is magazines! (simpsons reference, ha, ha), reggae also makes me happy as does my new found lust for Indie rock...getting ready and bustin' Spoon nice and loud on my stereo gets me energized! oh, and I DO read books, rotating genres of historical novels, sci fi, social commentary and poetry. I have a fondness for the poetry of Hafiz and Rumi, and I write a lot too.
