My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Just arriving in Seattle. I am exited to finish out my 30s here. It will be the first time in about 2 years that I have a good idea of where I am going to be for a while and I hope to make the most of it!

I am about as outgoing as a programming nerd tends to get. At least as they tend to get from Ohio. I love Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, playing 3.5 D&D, traveling to unique places, listening to podcasts, eating good food, and drinking good beer. I have notions of doing more outdoorsie things so I think It's good I am here in the PNW. I am already an expert hiker(walking and looking) and I am pretty sure I am going to take up sailing.

I would like to meet someone who is sweet, that inspires me to be a better person, try new things, and goof off with.

I love it when people bring me food. It's the way to my heart.

I see that Briggs Myers is huge on this site. I am popping off to take the test. Will update this when I get the results!
The first letter is the only one that anyone looks at. So I will say I was only slightly E(11%). I feel like if I took this 2 years ago I would have gotten an I. I am kinda in the process of growing out of my natural shyness.

I do have a very logical side. I became a programmer because it's basically problem solving ALL DAY ERRY DAY!!! But I think that following my intuition and feelings usually results in better outcomes for me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am about to arrive in Seattle, I want to get a place, get a boat, learn how to play the accordion, and learn how to come up with reasonable life goals. In that order.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am a moderately good programmer. I am also good at watching TV ; getting excited about silly pointless things; making plans; going with the flow and being positive.

I am really bad at capitalizing words correctly. I usually capitalize the words I want to emphasize this is probably a habit i formed because of variable naming conventions I follow at work. Sorry Kelsey Grammar Nazis.

I am also really good at getting a second OKC date. Please don't view this as a challenge.

I watch too much television, and have made a list of best shows currently airing to prove it:

1) Game of Thrones
2) House of Cards
3) New Girl
4) Friday Night Dinner
5) Doctor WHO
6) Girls

The best movie is Frozen.

I can (and do) eat anything but I like tying new things. I not a vegetarian (and wouldn't become one) but I understand where they are coming from and know vegetarian food can be very good.

A parking lot attendant gave me some Ethiopian food so I am now looking for a restaurant.

I stopped reading Song of Ice and Fire because there is no way it can be better than the show.

I enjoyed Hyperbole and a Half.

Currently reading a book with an owl on it by David Sedaris and the second Harry Potter book. I am not a huge reader but it can be fun. Also I like to be read to while on road trips.

My taste can be desdcribed as eclectic or that of a 14 year old girl. The schlocklier the better! Some of my favorite artists are:

The Magnetic Fields
Mumford and Sons
Regina Specktor
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis
The Smiths
John Mayer
twenty one pilots
Alison Krauss
neutral milk hotel
