My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
This page is a work in progress.

***Please don't contact me if you are married or in some kind of committed relationship with another woman. I don't judge you guys who want 10 girlfriends plus a wife but I think life is difficult enough without the burden of wondering when you will get to see your boyfriend/lover, share experiences, talk and be intimate. I don't need that stress and, although I'm pretty good at sharing, I don't want to share an actual boyfriend with another woman and can't see myself ever being ok with this! Good luck though!

I don't share boyfriends or underwear! :p
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being honest. I'm a terrible liar.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Mostly older stuff like Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Carpenters (I reckon Karen Carpenter has one of the best voices I have ever heard) The Byrds, Crosby Stills Nash and Young and Neil Young. Teenage Fanclub, Blur, The Stone Roses, Pulp, Suede and Supergrass. Cool country like Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris. Tori Amos, Bjork, Patti Smith and Kate Bush. Slayer and lots more.

Heaps! I majored in English literature and studied to be an English teacher, so without sounding like a complete tosser, I have read quite a bit. I mainly like fiction. I'm going to start reading some more Cormac McCarthy soon, he's brilliant.

Crime dramas like Dexter and True Detective, which Matthew McConaughey is surprisingly good in (I think he's getting some much better roles these days as he used to make me cringe). I got into The Wire. I liked Six Feet Under. BBC comedy such as I'm Alan Partridge, Saxondale, Black Books (love Dylan Moran) Mighty Boosh and The League of Gentlemen. American stuff like Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Portlandia. Twin Peaks, Northern Exposure. SNL has its moments, especially when Kristen Wiig was on it, she's hilarious.

I've watched a lot, but what stands out in my mind is Rosemary's Baby, Do The Right Thing, Full Metal Jacket, O Brother Where Art Thou?, Fargo, True Grit (the remake, haven't seen the original but the book is great also) Kill Bill (both volumes), Death Proof, Spirited Away, Funny Games (the remake), Mullholland Drive, Lost Highway, The Hills Have Eyes, The Machinist, Batman Begins, The Watchman, The Descent (this movie really freaked me out, I had to sleep with the light on the night after first watching it haha), Wolf Creek, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Moonrise Kingdom, Natural Born Killers, It, District 9, Alien and Aliens, Gravity, Paris Texas, In My Father's Den, Open Water, Jaws, Duel, Annie Hall, Blue Jasmine, Notes On A Scandal, 2 Days in Paris (love Julie Delpy), most Will Ferrell movies and lots more....

Movies I'd watch if I wasn't such a scardy cat:
The Human Centipede, The Hostel.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I can get out of filling out the next form. They make us fill out loads of online forms for just about everything at my work.

I think/daydream about my next holiday.

The guy from Twilight (just kidding) :p

Hot guys (not kidding) ;)

World peace.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out for more of OKC's questions because about 95% of them I have never considered the answer to! Not really....I usually meet up with friends or have drinks with workmates. Nothing too ragey. I got most of the Friday night craziness out of my system years ago!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would only tell someone something private if I got to know them well and trusted them. I also think it's nice to have a bit of mystery. I wouldn't expect a future boyfriend to tell me everything about themselves. I'm more interested in the future, not the past.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're honest. No scrubs please!

You have a sense of humour.

You are independent.

You DON'T write in text speak! Are some people really that time poor that they can't write words out in full? Come on!

I can't see myself having a successful relationship with anyone who is racist, sexist or homophobic because, if you are any of these things, I would end up finding you completely annoying after about 5 seconds and I may yell at you!

I also can't see myself having a successful relationship with someone who does not like animals, specifically cats and dogs. I wouldn't be willing to sacrifice not having a cat and/or dog for a relationship.

Otherwise, I think I'm pretty accepting of most people. I'm not looking to change anyone. Just be yourself and if we meet we'll see how it goes.
