My self-summary
I chat with friends, sleep, and tinker with things. I'm pretty reserved around new people, but I'm open and chatty when I get comfortable.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm not sure, and I don't really want to be sure, really, the whole having a career path doesn't seem like the type of thing I want. Probably something to do with computers?

I'm currently studying Comp Sci at UNSW, though, if that counts for anything.
I’m really good at
Programming, wasting time, thinking up cool ideas for stuff I never start.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have a bit of a weird accent. It sounds American to Australians, Australian to Americans, and I've had one straight guy from Queensland fangirling over it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favourite book: Lockpick Pornography
I haven't been reading much lately, but Machine of Death and John Green's stuff are up there.
Favourite show: Don't really watch much TV. Ran through Doctor Who from Eccleston through Smith last year. Binged on Daria from first episode to the last once. Same with Chuck, The Mighty Boosh, and some large fraction of QI. Making my way through the new Cosmos series and orphan black currently.
I watch a lot of youtube. It's a bit of a secret shame, but I subscribe to a whole bunch of different things, including food channels, Australian Senate footage, vlogs and science channels. If you want to be exact, here's my subscriptions: http://watch.tetrap.us/
Favourite music: This is kinda difficult to answer, because I like having a complex relationship with what I listen to- if I like a piece of music it means I feel like it is or was a part of me emotionally. I go long periods of time without listening to any music, and I don't like to binge.
The Mountain Goats are probably my most consistent obsession. I liked them before I even touched anything by John Green, I swear. Fan of folk punk, indie folk, indie pop, ska punk, etc. And occasionally post rock. Current favourite song is "Side Projects are Never Successful" by Bomb the Music Industry!
I like data, though, so here's my last.fm. http://listen.tetrap.us/
Favourite food: is coffee a food?
The six things I could never do without
My gadgets are pretty much the only thing. I don't feel like anything else I own is really a necessity, y'know? I mean, as long as I have food, friends, and something to do I'm pretty satisfied with that, as far as ownership goes. The food thing goes without saying, though, and friends aren't really things.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
how much I want to fix everything. Even the stuff that isn't broken.
On a typical Friday night I am
talking with friends about technology, culture, technology culture and culture culture.
And stressing about not having a life.
While programming.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have never watched Star Wars.
