I grew up in rural NJ, college in Boston and lived in San Francisco for 10 years before I moved back to the east coast. I claim to have moved back for the italian food, but it was really to be closer to my family.

I've got a great career that I love, a quick wit, a big heart, a sense of humor, and a family pasta sauce recipe ('gravy') that I'm forbidden to share with anyone outside the family. I have friends from all phases of my life, some of which I've known since kindergarten. I tend to make short stories longer for effect. I'm lost without music and prefer it to television. My dog is a big part of my life - both in commitment and in size as he's a 85 lb pit bull. But he's a lover, not a fighter. A great ambassador for the breed.

I'd love to find my girl, but have never been in a rush. My expectation is that the right one will be worth the wait. I'm ultimately looking for a serious relationship, to fall in love, and have no plans to settle. I don't necessarily have a type, it's more about chemistry. It wouldn't hurt, though, if you could drive a manual transmission...

...you can laugh - in general and at yourself - and appreciate a gentleman. Loving big dogs is a must. And you don't buy into the stereotype that pit bulls are 'scary' or 'dangerous'. Pit bulls aren't the problem, it's the people who misuse/abuse them.
