I am tall, creative, and not a zombie (yet?).
My Self-Summary
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May, and
since then have been trying desperately to get a Big Girl job in my
field. 5 months later, I have finally been successful. So, other
than getting into the routine of having a new career, I like to
spend my time going to movies, painting, playing with one of my 6
cameras, keeping my hands busy, hanging out with friends, and
finding new and interesting things to do in Dallas.
I love to seek adventure, and will try almost anything once. I have
a great sense of humor, and although art and culture is a big part
of my life, a perfect night for me would be building a giant fort
in the living room, playing board games, watching old Nickelodeon
television shows, and not taking anything too seriously.
What I’m doing with my life
I went to school for Creative Advertising, and I just landed a
career in my field with a lot of responsibility and design work, so
I'm really excited about that!
I'm a true ad nerd through and through--I could easily spend my
time youtubing old commercials or gawking at some of the amazing
and creative things that are produced today.
I’m really good at
photography, painting, making my friends laugh, and dropping random
pop culture references
The first things people usually notice about me
My height. I'm pretty tall for a girl.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love to read, and I enjoy reading all kinds of books, but my
favorite book is Harry Potter (Goblet of Fire and Deathly Hallows
in particular). I also love anything by Mitch Albom.
Movies are kind of my thing--I love going to movies, watching new
movies, and discovering old ones. I love cult classics, bad
Japanese horror, and practically everything inbetween, and I have a
particularly soft spot for 80s flicks. If I had to pick my 3
favorite movies, they would be Across the Universe, Fast Times at
Ridgemont High, and The Little Mermaid.
Everyone says this, but I love most all kinds of music, and I'm
always open to discovering more. I love to be inspired by music,
and the best kind is when a song jolts you back to a particular
place in time--I love it when that happens. My life is definitely
organized by a soundtrack.
I love all kinds of food, and will try (almost) anything once. I
love sushi and Mexican food in particular. I think I could have
queso every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy.
The six things I could never do without
Hot chocolate in Winter

I spend a lot of time thinking about
New things to do and try in my town as well as things to
rediscover. A friend and I recently rediscovered our love of roller
skating rinks, and have been going back frequently. We totally knew
what was up in 6th grade.
On a typical Friday night I am
probably at the movies, hanging out with friends at home or at a
club/bar, rediscovering childhood.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I lied before when I said I wasn't a zombie.
You should message me if
anything here made your spidey senses tingle (err... not like that)
