I live my life according to Polonius' advice to Laertes in Act I of Hamlet: "This above all, to thine own self be true." My cheese knowledge, while once encyclopaedic, is waning as my interest in paleolithic foods waxes.

I'm active in the local food community, whether it's bringing you delicious food at the Farm-to-Table restaurant I work at, or choosing the right melon for you at the Farmers Market, it makes me happy to help others eat. Eating is the single most intimate thing we do (in public, anyway), so let's savor it!
I'm also a student learning about all the wonderful things in the world of biology.

I like riding and fixing bikes (that's bicycles, not motorbikes) and brewing my own beer, then drinking it. I can say objectively that I'm a really good cook.
