Hello, my name is Bradford. Most people just call me Brad, but a select few discerning people use my full name. But, don't call me Bradley. Besides being a lesser form of the breed, it's simply not my name, which is a concept some people seem to have difficulty grasping.

Professionally speaking, I'm getting my PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Rochester. Being a graduate student means I sometimes work a ton and sometimes a normal amount. I also frequently have weird hours in the lab working.

Personally, I'm trying to find what makes me happy so I can lead a satisfying, fulfilling life. I've got it all (most) figured out.

Some of my favorite authors include: JRR Tolkien, Frank Herbert, Robert Heinlein, Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov, Neil Gaiman, Salman Rushdie, Tad Williams, Patrick Rothfuss etc.
I read a lot of sci-fi and fantasy, but I also enjoy a wide variety of other types of literature.

I will listen to most kinds of music, but I primarily enjoy variations of rock, punk and jazz.

I love food. All kinds of food. I love cooking it and I love eating it. I have a strong Italian heritage so I tend to lean toward that philosophy of cooking. Simple, elegant dishes with fresh delicious flavors.
