I am currently a student in college with many goals and aspirations. I strive to be successful and live a fulfilled life. I enjoy going on adventures and experiencing new things. I love to travel and hope to one day live in Spain. One of my favorite things to do is try new types of food, and I love to cook. Black beans, sushi, pizza, and key lime pie are a sure way to make me excited. I always try to see things in a positive light, even when my life is in chaos. I love reading, and I love when people recommend new books to me. I adore music and live shows, going to them as often as possible. I have a cat named Pumpkin that I absolutely adore.

If you play instruments with me I will be slightly biased to like you more. or if you have a tiny animal: kitten, puppy, hamster, bear cub.

Currently working on an undergraduate degree. I am double majoring in Women's Studies and History. I am actually graduating in December yay! My plans following graduation are to get a big girl job and save as much money for grad school as I can. I have a passion for helping women and improving women's issues. I eventually want to pursue a Master's in Public Administration and Policy. ...But mostly I just dance around in my underwear to pass the time.

Gilman. A lot of feminist theory... Bell Hooks, Radical Feminist texts, Shiva, and more. I love books about women's history and interesting history texts in general. I love reading and love when people recommend new books to me. One major thing I am looking forward to after graduation is being able to read for pleasure again.

Movies: Fried Green Tomatoes!, All Over Me, Imagine Me and You, But I'm A Cheerleader, Pulp Fiction, Bring it On, Fight Club, Heathers, the Royal Tenembaums, Can't Hardly Wait, Baby Mama, Garden State, the Rocky Horror Picture Show, Mean Girls, Finding Nemo, Fight Club, Inglorious Bastards, the Runaways. I love documentaries too, and I am prone to watching one's about depressing things like meth and prisons.

TV Shows: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the L Word, Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights, Portlandia, HGTV, Law and Order: SVU, Arrested Development.

My taste in music is kind of all over the place. I like a little bit of everything.

Food: I love food, and I love to cook. I will try anything once. I despise grapefruit. A few favorites: sushi, pizza, black beans, spinach, apples, bananas, hummus, and so much more.

What I am going to eat for breakfast, if I am going to wake up in time for breakfast... I think a lot about breakfast. I think about feminism and issues facing women today. I think about kittens more than I probably should. I really like them.

I am usually with my friends. I love to go out, but I also love staying in and playing board games. My favorite Friday nights include relaxing with friends and drinking some beer. I like dancing, but it takes me a while to overcome my shyness. I love staying in and cuddling while watching good movies.
