Hi there im Chris im from Carnegie and I love living and working in Melbourne, I live for art music and culture, especially I love tattoo art, Street art, abstractions, pop art and surrealism. I'm an amateur photographer in my spare time. I listen to a wide variety of music which touches upon most genres (usually alternative) but I don't get into much manufactured stuff as the amount of polishing that goes into it takes away from the skill of the musician to some degree...

I read a lot, Mostly Non fiction and I love learning whenever I can, I'm a huge science nerd. I also get in to a lot of pop culture, things like Doctor Who, Drawn Together, some anime, Pixar and Disney movies, video game references and Reddit.

Moving towards finding work in the adult education industry. I currently hold a management position within a company that runs call centres. I'm working my way through a diploma in management at the moment which has been great in both my work life and personal life.

I don't really get into travel or anything like that it was never really my style but I do have a UK passport I may utilize one day!

Books: I read mostly non fiction. That usually ends up being bio's like scar tissue, otherwise i like books on self development and economics, anything that fills me with wanky trivia is also great :)

Movies: I love anything that makes me think... A lot of thrillers like se7en and saw (those were great). Rob Zombie movies are always a bit of fun cause they are corny and a bit twisted. Comedy doesn't go to waste either, live stand up is fantastic. Also recently saw a funny movie from the makers of the Evil Dead franchise called Hobo With A Shotgun which was a classic

TV Shows: TV is usually on for ambiance if at all. The shows I actually watch tend to be documentaries, Dr Who or the occasional movie. I do enjoy a good late night RAGE session,

One.
Laughter. It keeps me going at my lowest of lows and brings me to the highest of highs (and is much healthier than alcohol, which can do the same thing). Laughter is my drug and I am addicted to it.

Two.
Stories. Whether they teach or inform or simply entertain, whether they're the truth or stuff of imagination, they shape our perceptions. The world will never be rid of storytellers and their stories.

Three&Four.
My sight and hearing. There are so many beautiful things to photograph into memories; I could not imagine a colourless world. And then I need the resonance of the strings of a guitar or the reverberations of a speaker cone to stimulate me in a countless number of ways

Five.
Live entertainment. I love watching it and feel it is a highly under rated art form in our society, I don't care i love it.

Six.
People. Nice people actually abound. My friends make me feel loved and totally awesome, and I love their ideas and intelligence and intense personalities. People are the ones who can truly love me.

How to get into peoples heads (breaking down their walls), Puns, How I could annoy someone, what should I have for dinner (I would love some ideas if you have any), when was the last time I checked Reddit, self analyzing to see why I'm doing what im doing....

I love to entertain guests and have a social night Friday. Sometimes I'll entertain at mine sometimes out at a fun event but nowhere too loud where I cant talk to people. Some fun ones of late have included Ice skating, Madame Brussels, Pool hall, The Melbourne Lion, Movies (the Rooftop Cinema opens again soon!), Lively dinners with friends, Rollerama!

Uhmm... I'll admit anything if you are wanting to know, I'm a pretty open book and if it also works as a source for getting emails with embarrassing questions then so be it... For now I'll admit im my own hairdresser
