Hi ladies, My name is Josh. I don't write about myself much but here it goes. I graduated from college with a Bachelors of Science in psychology and Communications in June of 2007. I also have 2 associate degrees. I like to watch tv and movies, i like to mountain bike, take long walks, cook, read, chat online, write poetry and short stories, and someday i would like to write a novel. My long term goal was to someday become a counselor or a youth/disability rights advocate. (well i don't see that one happening?) and i was going to Westwood College because i wanna be a graphic designer or a web designer...(It was kinda a midlife crisis thing at 25 (haha). Right now I'm trying to become a freelance graphic designer I left Westwood a few semesters before finishing because the student loans were killing me...Currently I'm trying to start up my own graphic design business. I'm a professional freelance graphic designer. But, enough about me i want to hear about you.

My interests include: writing poetry and writing short stories in hopes of getting published, mountain biking, listening to music, and reading. just to name a few things. if you enjoy music, movies, you're a computer geek (lol), or like getting out and about well...hmmm. Right now i'm currently planning on going to grad school for Psychology or counseling. (nope changed that I was and gave up on that. Tried the grad school thing at Capella U and it didn't do too well). I am now going to Westwood college for Visual Communications and graphic design. well i was going to Westwood but the student loans were killing me. (graphic design and web design is my new found passion....loooovvve it!) Currently i work for myself as a graphic designer haven't got too much business yet. But i'm getting my name out there. I'm trying to line up contracts with customers. So i am putting my graphic design skills to use. Building up my portfolio everyday. I even have a website of my own.

Communicating with and understanding and reading people. My first or second impression of a person is usually so dead on that i can tell if A) they don't want to talk to me B) they are full of BS C) i no longer desire to talk to them. But, most times i am very friendly and like to meet as many people as possible and make friends as much possible. i'm good at writing poetry. I'm good at working on and diagnosing problems with computers (well sometimes). I'm great with Adobe CS4 Photoshop and Illustrator. And I'm really good at just being myself. (that's not hard to do)

First things people notice is my eyes, my kind personality, my wit and sarcasm, and that i can be quite unusual. But who isn't right? i like to dress in the grunge fashion still sometimes. amazing huh? ya grunge was for the 90's but i don't think it ever died...lol. (think about it Pearl Jam, Silverchair, The Verve Pipe, The Toadies)

Favorite tv shows: House, Fringe, WWE wrestling (Raw, Smackdown, and WWE Superstars), Survivor, CSI, Ghost Whisperer, Psych, Burn Notice, Lost, Steve Wilkos Show, Judge Alex, Forensic Files, The first 48, Criss Angel Mindfreak, Speeders, Mythbusters, Time Warp, 30 Days, Dirty Jobs and there a few others i'm forgetting.

Favorite Books: "Talk, Talk", by T.C. Boyle "Worlds End" By T.C. Boyle, "The Beans of Egypt Maine" By Carolyn Chute, "Indian Killer" by Sherman Alexie, "Cell" by Stephen King, "The Color of Water" by James McBride, The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown. (just to name a few). i finished reading "Angels and Demons" awhile back and then saw the movie and i was kind of upset at the artistic direction. I want to read his new book "The Lost Symbol". Oh and I like reading Stephen King books (ones not put into movie...lol) "Cell, "The Colorado Kid" "The Girl who Loved Tom Gorden, his nightmares and dreamscapes and short stories books (that's where secret window and 1408 came from). I like how the "Colorado Kid" and some other short stories tie into the new Sci-Fi show Haven.

Why the hell can birds fly but man can't unless they use a machine. wanna fly. I want my house to fly like in the movie "Up"!

Probably watching TV, watching a good movie, or spending time with friends. Sometimes i spend too much time online, but hey who doesn't?

I also like to play my new Xbox 360 or watch movies on it. The Xbox 360 is absolutely a fun time. I can't tear myself away from it sometimes.

I have Petite Mal Epilepsy. It's not easy dealing with believe me and i don't like to openly tell people all the time. if you have questions ask.
