Hmmm...A bit about me. I'm student. Finally, decided to get off my arse and go back to school. I'm an avid reader. Mostly non-fiction, but there are exceptions. Mostly it's politics, social justice, and anthropology. I usually hit up the library or the books store 2-3 times a week. It's a actually kind of an addiction. I'm a huge music fanatic. I never leave home without my Ipod and I usually take in a concert most weekends. I love the outdoors. I wish I had more time for hiking and camping, as I love both. However, it's finally looking like I'm finally going to get to hike up St. Helens this year. I guess those are a few things to get you started. If you wanna know a bit more, send me a message.

At this point, going to school, and taking it as it comes.

I'm an amazing cook. One of the best ever actually. Ok, that's probably subject to opinion....but I am pretty darn good. I'm also a pretty fine writer, but I would only ever do it for my own personal satisfaction, not a a career.

My eyes, I suppose. At least that's what I've been told.

Books - Sarah Vowell, Naomi Klein, Iris Murdoch, Pablo Neruda, Jared Diamond, Cormac McCarthy, Zinn, Chomsky...lots more. I recently finished "Sea of Poppies" by Amitav Ghosh. It was one of the most beautifully written stories I've ever read. I also just finished "The 10 Cent Plague" which is about the crusade to censor comic books in the 1950's.

Movies - On the Waterfront, The Big Lebowski, Grosse Point Blank, Citizen Kane, Jaws, Serenity, Brotherhood of the Wolf, Boondock Saints.....again lots more

Music - Johnny Cash, Social D, AC/DC, Nada Surf, Sarah Vaughn, Nina Simone, Rev. Horton Heat, Nashville Pussy, The Pogues (anything Shane does actually), Flogging Molly, Bowie, The Stones, Big Sandy....this is a list that will never end. I like all kinds of stuff from pretty much every genre.

TV - I don't watch a lot of T.V. If I do it's usually one of those B.S. cable news channels or Food TV. Oh, but I have yet to ever miss an episode of Lost. And Firefly was the best!
