I recently moved to the Indianapolis area, originally from Charlotte NC, and am really loving it so far! I started a new career here and I love that too, it's challenging and sometimes takes up 90% of my life, but I believe in putting good in to get good out. Work hard, play hard right?

I'm funny (on the witty/sarcastic side), active, smart, driven, impossibly charming, and love meeting new people and trying new things. My family and friends are the most important things in the world to me, and sadly none of them live anywhere near me, so I'm using this site to try and meet some people in the area!

I work as a risk management consultant. I spend most of my days out of the office, meeting new people and learning about different kinds of businesses.

Books: don't read as often as I would like, but compelling novels that keep me enticed I won't be able to put down until I finish them.

Music: I listen to the whole spectrum. I love rap music (B.o.B., Kid Cudi, Mac Miller) to rock (Black Keys, Imagine Dragons, Dave Matthews, RHCP) to pop-also I hate that word-(Maroon 5, old school Britney, etc) to country music (too many to list)

Movies: like most women, I will sit through even the worst of cheesy romantic comedies, and potentially tear up, but I primarily love movies that make me laugh and tell a great story. Forgetting Sarah Marshall may be the best movie of all time.

Shows: primarily comedies. I love laughing. 30 Rock, Girls, How I Met Your Mother, New Girl, Parks and Recreation, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and I usually end up watching a solid amount of anything on the Food Network, HGTV, or ESPN.

Food: favorite food is probably Asian. I'm a terrible cook, so I usually survive on vegetables and noodles. Things that are nearly impossible to mess up, but you'd be surprised.
