My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'd never be a good sales person, but here goes:

I'm upbeat and optimistic.
I love music (with a few exceptions).
I'm a known snake attractor.
I'm grateful.
I have an artistic nature.
I love the smell of orange blossoms, and the green of cypress trees in spring.
I look great from the knees down.
I can dress up if I have to.
I'm rarely bored, and easily amused.
I love words, and their power and beauty.
I aspire to be liberal in every definition of the word.
I occasionally want to steal things from other profiles I read.
Oh, and I love the blues.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying the simple things: family, friends, my garden, a little music, some crazy laughter, some Rays ball, a nice bonfire in the backyard..
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
It's probably easier for me to say what I'm NOT good at -
Rising early
Suffering fools
Vacuuming
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Maybe it's my goofiness, maybe it's my *charm*. I think it depends on the viewer. :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

A call to list my favorite things is not easy for me. For instance, I could never just list my top 5 favorite albums, as one day I may enjoy Elvis Costello, and on another I might fancy Neil Young. Or They Might be Giants. Or Rancid. Or Joni Mitchell. Or Bonnie Raitt. Counting Crows, Fanfarlo. Or Albert King. And once I get started, it would be difficult to stop, because there is so much to like, and I don't want to limit myself.
I'm an indiscriminate reader. If it's printed, I will read it, but I prefer fiction.
Again, it's probably easier to mention a few things I don't like:
Most Rap/ some country music.
Jerry Springer-type TV
Fish and seafood (I wish I did, but don't)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I won't bother with the givens, but the things I need in order to really live include:
a feeling of 'home'
music and laughter
something to read
a creative project
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Oh, just....everything! I spend lots of time thinking, way more than I spend talking.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
pretty much the same person I am the rest of the time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You can't trick me that easily.
