If I were to describes myself in five words they would be: Contemplative, Tall, Engaging, Individualistic, and American. I think that will do it.

Books: I read a lot for my job. Some of my recent favorites are Pacific Crucible, Money-ball, A World Lit By Fire, The Source, - You know - history stuff. I am currently reading a bunch of books on the 19th century.

Movies: Actions movies, historical epics, pretty much any movie where things blow up or something grand and interesting is happening. I really like 1980s big budget Sci Fi movies like: Aliens, Robocop, Predator, Terminator. Priceless works of American cinema.

Shows: Wilfred, Parks and Rec, The Americans, Revenge (Love that Victoria Grayson), The Walking Dead, The Following (Probably my favorite show on TV), True Detective, Game of Thrones. Orphan Black is really good as well.

Music: I have eclectic musical taste. I am mostly a classic rock fan, so I particularly like Johnny Cash, Van Morrison, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Diamond. I am on a Led Zeppelin kick right now and I am a pretty big Jimmy Buffett fan (Parrot Head is the proper nomenclature).

Food: I prefer pie over cake. My favorite meat is duck. I really like breakfast food. Pesto pizza is pretty delicious. I drink whiskey and rum, but beer only on very rare occasions.

One of my greatest regrets is going to a small liberal arts university in Massachusetts. Looking back, it would be pretty awesome to have had a college football team. Alas, I feel like I am a man without a country when I visit the south and mid-Atlantic states.

Also I play harmonica.
