Recently - I thought Beasts of the Southern Wild was astonishing. Generally - Royal Tennenbaums, The Golden Child, Winter's Bone, La Vie en Rose, Amelie, Waking the Dead, Singing in the Rain...
Hmm... music. Motown. I always love Motown. Debussy, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Nina Simone, Bon Iver, Pass Kontrol, Fleet Foxes, Grateful Dead, Black Keys. I'm not very judge-y about music. I love music, you probably do too. i listen to everything.
I live in Williamsburg and holy cow there's so much good food here! I'm pretty interested in food and health - when they meet and when they don't. When I cook it's mostly vegetables. When I eat out it's everything. I think New York is a special place to eat and commune. I like doing those things together.

My friends, my family, something to read, something to pursue.

Myself, mostly I think about myself. Aaaand... my work, I guess which is still thinking about myself! I think about the people I love try to solve their problems in my mind (it doesn't work), I think about making the subways more efficient and how long it would take me to walk across the United States, I fantasize about travel and learning a wholesome skill like canning or knitting.
