My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am pretty open about my life and experiences and am always open for more perspective from others. I spend my time typically writing, reading, finding music, etc. But more often than not I am out with the people closest to me. I am, however, perfectly happy meeting as many people as I can. Everyone has something unique or beautiful about them; which I rather like learning about people. And in many cases I earn a new perspective on life and that keeps me happy. I hang out with my close friends a few times a week or more if I can find time and that often includes coffee/food runs or going out, depending on the people.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Graduated and currently working on my teaching credential at CSULB. Also I write and plan to publish prose/fiction. Once my certificate is achieved I'm opening up a tutoring center. I work as a tutor/middle school teacher and I teach speech and debate.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Taking care of those closest to me. I'm not very good at being shy as I open up rather quickly and get those I meet to as well. So if you have deep dark secrets that you never want to say out loud then I probably wouldn't chat with me :/ I am good at lifting others up. I know myself rather well and am content with myself and the direction I'm going (sounds a little smug, I know).
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
In a few scenarios I have heard that me opening the car door sparked an interest. As of now it tends to be my shirts.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Faulkner, Steinbeck, Morrison, Hemingway, Hugo, Dumas, Tan Joyce, Hosseini. As an English major I read too much sometimes. There are a hundred authors I could list...

Christopher Nolan movies, Wes Anderson sometimes. I like a good story or I fall into watching my favorite comedy actors if anything. Robert Redford & Paul Newman are the the progenitors of class.

Music is really important to me. Not in the sense that what I like, you must like, but that I have a better time, in general, at anything, listening to music. Favorite genres: R&B, Hip Hop, Dance, Electronic, Rock, Country (stagecoach brought it out of me)
To name a few:
Usher, Frankie J, Ludacris, Lupe Fiasco, Jay-Z, Nelly, Twista, Ne-Yo, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Train, Gym Class Heroes, Queen, Maroon 5, Green Day, Sublime, Coldplay, Linkin Park, Calvin Harris, Armin van Buuren, Bob Dylan

I eat world wide culturally. I love Italian and Greek. I order in Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese at their respective restaurants (not fluent in any but maybe conversational in Japanese and polite greetings and such in the others). I like obscure and new things. Not necessarily trendy though, but often times they end up that way. Thai food is wonderful. Peruvian food is pretty delicious. Indian food, yum. American food is sometimes hard to define but is also enjoyed. Mexican food! goodness that can be a craving. I'm pretty sure there are others but yea I have favorite restaurants in all these fantastic delicacies.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Food
2. Water
3. Chap Stick
4. My family
5. My friends
6. My loved one
Not in any order despite what Maslow would say.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What kind of trouble I can get into next
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
It really all depends on the vibe I get.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!

You can teach me something new!

You want a great conversation that will be fun and stimulating! I have lot of wisdom and foolish stories that accumulated over my 27 years. I want to get to know you.

I have a lot of beautiful, intelligent female friends so if that is an insecurity then I probably wouldn't bother. I don't mean to sound supremely confident or arrogant because I will always lift you up when you are down but I don't want to teach or take care of anyone who can never truly feel good about themselves. Those kinds of relationships/friendships have only created pain.

I love to meet all sorts of you beautiful people and enjoy making new friends. I am certainly datable (uh oh borderline cockiness again) and I have a lot of experience through my friends and personal relationships.
