My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello! I'm James, and I'm a junior in college dual majoring in Communication Studies and Psychology with a minor in Japanese.

My House is Slytherin, with Ravenclaw tendencies. (I'm still waiting for my acceptance letter - I think I just got the slow owl.)

I'm an ENFJ.

(And if you couldn't tell already, I'm horrible at this kind of thing.)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
As mentioned above, I'm a Communications Studies and Psychology dual major.

I'm also an executive board member for one of the queer groups at my university. My work in the community is limited thus far, but with each day I am increasing my impact on the community.

I've also been studying Japanese for the last two years. よろしくおねがいします!So excited to finally be studying abroad in Nagasaki and Osaka for the next academic year!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
remembering people's faces. And Pokemon games.
The first things people usually notice about me

My red hair. Or my blue eyes. But it's usually my red hair.

When it comes to my personality, people are quick to see that I laugh a lot. I love dry humor and sarcasm, so I'm naturally attracted to those types of people.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I LOVE suspenseful books, movies, and tv shows. Those very subtle stories that really get your pulse pounding are my favorites.

TV. Following that, a few of my favorite shows are Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, Will & Grace, Supernatural, How I Met Your Mother, Rules of Engagement, Glee, American Horror Story, Once Upon a Time, and Shark Tank. I've also just begun watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I'm hooked.

Movies. Quentin Tarantino and Hayao Miyazaki are two of my favorite filmmakers of all time. My quintessential Tarantino favorites are both volumes of Kill Bill, and Django Unchained. Princess Monoke, Howl's Moving Castle, and Spirited Away are at the top of my list for Miyazaki.

Music. I listen to a lot of different music genres, except for most forms of hardcore rap, and metal. House music, indie rock, and top 40 are usually the most played on my iPod. More specifically: The Script, Bastille, Kelly Clarkson, Imagine Dragons, P!nk, and Dry the River.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My family
My friends
My Macbook
My MTG cards
My movies
And my video games. :D
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
the future. Sometimes I spend too much time thinking about the future and I lose track of the present.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends! Doing something fun. I love hanging out with people, new or old friends, and everything in between. Social gatherings to drink tea, converse, and share stories are my favorite ways to hang out.

(And also completely spontaneous outings to the movies, or to get milkshakes, or other random adventures at 1 am too!)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

That I am seeking companionship. Not someone to become dependent upon, but someone to share my life with. To celebrate our personal triumphs, bring each other joy, while still being independent. Essentially, I want someone to come home to, that makes me forget about all the ridiculous things that life throws at us.
