I grew up in the midwest. At 25, I went walkabout to find my next home. Of all the places I went, San Francisco was my favorite. I mean, what's not to like?

I'm a geek, jock, musician, and businessman all wrapped up together. My mid-western friends might say "free spirit". It runs in the family. I just like to do stuff :)

When I have my druthers, the stuff being done includes going to shows, playing sports, doing outdoorsy stuff, eating delicious food, and making cool things. "What sort of things?", you may be wondering silently to yourself at this very moment. ALL OF THE THINGS!

Creating a business! It's a wild ride, but tons of fun.

When I was quite young, someone asked me, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

Wanting to be the coolest thing I could think of, I confidently replied, "a firetruck!"

You've heard me whistling the chorus of the new Woods' album title cut while biking down market street.
