Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
[Update (4/98/2015): Moving back to New York next week.]
A recent New York transplant enjoying the incredible creative
energy of the city, its endless series of museums, and its plethora
of coffee shops.
Comfortable with a local roast or a Starbucks, as long as I have a
laptop by which to edit my current novel.
Introvert and soft-spoken, preferring fireplaces and books (or
eReaders) to bars or clubs, but all too glad to devote a night to a
great theater experience (filmed or live) and a long discussion of
it over a microbrew.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Making inter-webs (working as a web developer). Pounding keyboards
(writing and editing novels). Creative geographic refactoring (just
moved to New York last year). Capitalistic integration and
ingratiation (launching Kickstarters and finally registering as a
business). Baking cookies (baking cookies).
I’m really good at

Buying more books than I can safely haul back from the bookstore.

I talk rather quickly. Between inheriting the speed of my New

respective clarity or slowness), I can sometimes sound

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

Lately, I've poured all of my extra weekend time into my writing
efforts but, having finished the latest one, I want to take time
off for a social recharge. This likely means a few media or gaming
nights with friends.
I also remain on the lookout for a regular downtown hangout,
especially a quieter one. Send me your recommendations.

You wish that the Boston Museum of Natural History would let you
stay overnight. A night of NetFlix and homemade cinnamon rolls
excites you more than a dive bar or dance floor. You could spend an
entire Saturday just writing, painting, reading, or the like, and
feel glad to have done so.
