My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I think I am a reasonably well adjusted person. I try to maintain a healthy outlook on life. I believe in doing all things in moderation. I enjoy my job. I love my family and friends dearly. I like to stay fairly busy for the most part. Pretty normal I think. Except for the obsession with tomatoes.

I recently finished writing a novel. It was my fourth.

I'm not from Louisville, and although I've lived here for several years and done some exploring of the city, my last job ate up so many hours for three years a lot of Louisville is still very new to me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working. Hanging out with my dog. Writing stories. Fixing up my house. Exercising. Working, hanging out with my dog, writing stories, fixing up my house, exercising. Working, hanging out with my....

Then finding ways to break my routine.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being kind. Writing (I hope). Listening. Laughing. Making other people laugh. Banging my head against the wall. Taking care of my friends and family.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not sure, I've never asked, although I usually force people to admit I am dashingly handsome the first time I meet them. I find it is best to go ahead and get that out of the way early.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins, Timequake and A Man Without a Country by Kurt Vonnegut. Littlethumb Sneezed. The list goes on and on.

Movies: Mostly comedies or frivolous action movies. I get bored by slow dramatic films.

Food: I will eat damn near anything.

Music is a mild obsession for me. My most listened to right now are Electric Six, anything Jack White does, Run The Jewels, Alabama Shakes, T.V. on the Radio, Spoon, Tune Yards, MuteMath, Morning Teleportation, and King Charles. The Kills have been in my head a lot lately as well. It goes on and on. I usually have music on all day. Best thing about having an office at work.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
There are really only three: Water, Oxygen and something to eat. Everything else is negotiable, but I do have a ton of stuff (mostly people) that I sure as hell don't want to live without.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The nature of existence and how silly it all is. The future. What I need to get done today and tomorrow. What I am going to eat next.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
...most likely unwinding in my recliner and wrapping my head around trying to get some writing done the next day. Otherwise with friends nursing a beer and having some laughs.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out! not going in this box.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you are single, and you want to. I am not super aggressive on here. Not going to send you shirtless pics or chase after someone I've never met on the internet. You are welcome to send shirtless pics and chase after me though. I wonder if that ever actually happens. Any of you ladies ever done a selfie of you flexing in the mirror in your boxer shorts with no shirt on and sent that out as a hello?
