My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved here a couple months ago from the Cleveland area, so I'm trying to meet some people, make some friends, and hopefully more.

Generally speaking, I'm smart, sarcastic, and I like to think I have a good sense of humor. I'm also very active. I'm looking for someone who is also smart, funny, and at least a little bit of a smartass. I am happy with a night in watching Netflix, but I am just as happy going out for a drink or stopping by the theater for a movie (I see a ton of movies, with or without you!).

That's pretty generic so far. There's obviously a lot more I could say here, so toss me a message if you want to get to know me!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I used to spend my time teaching physics at a Cleveland-area community college and volunteering at the local animal shelter, helping to take care of dogs.

Now, I'm mostly just working and being a tourist when I can. Thinking about volunteering at the Smithsonian, but first I need to decide if I'd rather do that at the Air & Space museum or the Natural History museum...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Physics, math, science, research, and things along those lines.... I like to think I'm pretty decent at MarioKart, too.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Lately I've been listening to a lot of Bill Bryson's books. He's great.

I see way too many movies to narrow down favorites. But I will say I'm the kind of guy that loves The Big Lebowski and Anchorman.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Chestnuts being lazy
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working out and walking the dog, since there usually isn't much time to be an annoying tourist after work on Friday

You always say to yourself "I need to start dating nice guys!", and are seriously interested in giving that a shot.

Or, if you're a pro-active girl not afraid to put herself out there and take the initiative in talking to a stranger.

Or, both!
