i'm an artist but i'm not the kind that just talks about art. it's not really who i am it's only a facet of me. i shop at thrift stores far too much. i'm thrifty. i like to reinvent stuff i find. i'm interested in the past when craftmanship was a priority. i make jewelry. people buy it. sustaining my boot collection by hocking handmade wares..is sometimes necessary. i sell it on www.etsy.com and i can get busy keeping my inventory stocked in some brick and mortar stores around the country.

eat..work...eat...work..eat..work...sleep. trying to fit more work in my day.
little by little trying to cut out the bullshit and the bullshitters.
making jewelry, taking pictures, playing in makeup and any other fancy stuff, not cooking, singing in my car, not thrifting quite as much as i used to.. so i'm thrifts_a_little now i guess, making stuff, and many other things with varying degrees of fabulous

laughing. my sense of humor is a bit of an acquired taste but i'm generally a pretty open-minded person. i'm not afraid to speak my mind and know when it's appropriate.

making stuff in exchange for money... it's highly motivating and can get you out of a pinch. drawing. trying to look at everything with a creative angle.
dropping people when i realize they are complete morons, users, or otherwise sour apples. and many other things that don't involve money or making stuff.

well, i don't know. i'm not them. .. i have a bit of a booty, but i've never gotten a complaint.

i love movies. i watch them all the time. most of the time, not in their entirety. i'm still stuck on amelie. and its been quite a few years. dan in real life was pretty good. does that make me old?

i love my ipod and its random assortment of favorite songs but i'm really bad at getting new music. not opposed to it, maybe i'm lazy..or i'd rather buy boots.
music-wise i'm all over the place, otis redding, belle & sebastien, alkaline trio, johnny cash, the shins, nancy sinatra, mazzy star, (a few from) the cure, outkast, patsy cline, canyon, byron lee and the dragonaires, cake, calexico, louis prima, modest mouse, ray charles, that dog, weezer , eilen jewell, leslie and the badgers, elvis perkins ..to name a few

making something. floorplans. design stuff. my mind tends to wander a lot so i make random lists, small pieces of paper are left in my wake. ...oh and whatever happened to romantic gestures. you guys have lost the desire to make an effort anymore.

out with friends or hanging w/ family. saturdays i'll be out to dinner then maybe to the bar...really whatever comes up that sounds appealing like any of the following: fun, frivilous, relaxing, spicy, silly, delicious, exciting, intriguing ....

i rock out in my car, i'm not afraid to look like a total dork singing alkaline trio songs at the top of my lungs. it makes me happy albeit sweetly morbid for the time being.

you're a funny, stable, independent man with ambition and a plan. a man that will be nice or naughty depending on my mood. someone who will accept me for who i am and encourage me to meet my goals. someone that loves to cook b/c it's not my strong suit and will forgive me when i try.
compassionate, social and willing to dance and be silly at times.
family is important to me. i want to have one of my own, not tomorrow, but someday. if you're not interested in that at all, this could be a great friendship.
oh, and boys with tattoos are totally sexy even though i have completely virgin skin (to date). in due time and inspiration. a dry sense of humor is the key to my heart.
