My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I want to find someone I can get to know and that we can share the things we enjoy/make us happy. I'm open as to what that relationship looks like - dates with the possibility of more is ideal. I am likely one of the most understanding people you will meet and the relationships/interactions/how we treat people in our lives is one of the most important things in the world to me.

I strongly believe that the music we surround ourselves with can be one of the most powerful things we have and that we should all lead our lives with the passion that artist's put into the music that they create. I think we should all have a soundtrack to our lives.

I grew up in West Virginia, but have lived in the Boston area for the last 14 years since I came for college. I love living here; but a lot of who I am comes from how my parents raised me and growing up in a small town. I think that is a huge part of why people are so important to me. I like to put on a facade that I am really tough and strong person (which I am to a point) but in the end I truly live my life with the heart of a country girl. If you can understand that and live your life with some level of passion; we should talk - go ahead take the chance.

I feel like now that I am happy with so much of my life I want to find someone who appreciates me for all I that I bring to the table. I have not always done that in past relationships, but am committed to knowing that it is really important to me now. In relationships I have learned a great deal from them about what I want and don't. I have no regrets they just weren’t the right fit in the end.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I love my job and the difference I get to make in the lives of the students I work with.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Calling people on their bullshit, don't try to play me. I know the game that you are already thinking of guys; no really most of my friends don't understand why I haven't written a book yet.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Typically my smile and eyes, once I start to talking to someone they notice my warm, caring, and open personality.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - The Art of Racing in the Rain, finally finished October Sky after a few tries to get into it-glad I pushed through it. David Sedaris is one of my all time favs.

Movies - not huge on Sci-Fi or scary movies solo, but up for pretty much anything else.

Shows - 2 Broke Girls, The Big Bang Theory, Burn Notice, NCIS, Criminal Minds, American Pickers, and White Collar.

Music - constantly varies; the last year I really got into country (which as I kid swore I never would, I think I was rebelling against growing up in WV), Matt Nathason is hands down my top right now. I listen to a lot of music in my job so not the typical groups people know.

Food - Nothing beats Mexican for me. chicken and pasta, bar food, non-fish sushi, Chinese are all delicious as well.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
music
friends and family
my car, going on road trips is one of my favorite things
My camera and photos
phone
Flip flops
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What the next adventure is.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with a friend grabbing a drink or dinner, sometimes working an event, or unwinding on the couch with a beer.
