I found a passion for creating theater and live performance early in life. it has taken me around the globe. For the past 20 years I've made a career as a union stage technician. I've been fortunate enough to see many incredible performances and more than my share of pretty bad ones too. live concerts and shows are a part of life for me. i've traveled a few tours, worked on Broadway in New York for over two years, but i always come back to my home town, san franfunkincisco.
I think I've been a traveler most of my life. I walked out of a friends birthday party and walked 1.5 miles home all by myself. When I was 4yo. In the Mission Dolores. Mr Independent my sister says. I think I've calmed down since then. Mostly I think I would get distracted, or shall we say less entertained by my current situation, and decide to change that situation to my benefit.
Travel: I've been to Mexico countless times, Costa Rica, Argentina, Uruguay, I toured Europe for 8 weeks with a top shelf jazz musician and his harm a lodic band. 8 weeks of 5 star hotels and jazz fests. awesome. I've spent many months(13+) in South East Asia; scuba diving, eating, and drinking
Romance:... I've had a small number of girlfriends, I'm not used or damaged, well not more than most. That's tongue in cheek humor. I have been in love, and I have had my heart broken. And I've picked myself up, dusted off, and got right back on track. It's part of who I am. I am friends with a few of my x's.
Physical: besides the physical work out I generally get @ work, i tend to like rock climbing and scuba diving to get physical. biking and hiking come next. and i love to dance.
At this point in my life I feel very confident in who I am and my abilities. I tend to be more the omega male, I don't care if i am the alpha, I know I'm good. so I do not have to be the loudest guy in the room. if you get my drift. Obviously there are plenty of things in life I know nothing about, but i am usually into learning enough of a thing to know if I want to learn more. In a world where many choose to learn one trade or skill, I chose to become proficient in many.
I am a man of my word. when I say I am going to do a thing I usually pull through. sometimes with fireworks and lasers!

working in the production entertainment biz. I am many things, but i have been a head carpenter on Broadway, mainstage head rigger for outsidelands, and #12 wrench on more conventions than I care to mention. I work with my mind and my body, often under intense situations, sometimes dangerous.
and what else is there to do with life? i hang out with family and friends when i can arrange it. i'm enjoying life and all the ups and downs that come with it. practicing how to balance pragmatism with romanticism...while trying to avoid isms all together.

kissing, dancing, fixing problems, finding solutions, recognizing patterns. i show my lover my appreciation. I give amazing hugs and incredible massages. Friends often call me to talk about their problems, so I guess I listen well...

I'm a fan of scifi and fantasy, with tangents into fiction, mystery, and classical lit. My comic book collection is only over shadowed by my book collection.
As for music I tend to listen to mash ups and hip hop most, but I was raised on jazz and motown. Punk and metal in my teen years. house and breakbeat in my 20's.
