My self-summary
Hello, I'm James.

I'm dry, quirky and introverted. I like to talk, but I'm not the type to shout out in a group of people and compete for attention. I like to share information and relate experiences, to learn from people and talk about things we could do or change. I enjoy thinking of things to create or that should exist, analysing stuff to make it better, debating ideas, ethics and whatever.

Regarding my views on the world, I identify as anti-religious, left leaning, pro-choice, pro-lgbt, angry at the corporate prostitutes we have in power, reason and logic and liberty and all that shite.

I don’t believe in ghosts, greys, horoscopes, chakras, lizard people, demonic possession, illuminati, anunaki, indigo children etc. Non schizotypal, no signs of psychosis.

Istp or intp, not sure which, not sure if it matters either.
What I’m doing with my life

Currently living and studying at Doncaster Uni, listening to the thunder crack of shotguns rolling over the hills, watching Hitchslaps on youtube and trying to find obscure porn sites that aren't blocked by the campus internet.

Studying to be a concept artist; looking to design characters, costumes, creatures etc. for games or film.

Some stuff here:
I’m really good at

Not using memes, catchphrases or reciting Family Guy in conversation.

I play bass in a band with my friends and we're planning to start gigging soon.
The first things people usually notice about me
Broad shoulders, husky, beard, glasses.

I'm somewhere between an endo and mesomorph; I work out often.

Though I'm pretty quiet around new people, I smile and laugh a lot more than my pictures suggest.

I don't have any tattoos, so I guess that makes me unique (I don't have anything against them, unless they are shit).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favourite artists are Zdzisław Beksiński, Wayne Barlowe, Jan Švankmajerr (film), Dave Rapoza, Frank Frazetta... Giger too, but everybody likes Giger.

In regards to film, anything by John Carpenter, David Cronenberg, David Lynch, James Cameron, Michael Mann.

Anything with Clint Eastwood (except the musical), Arnold Schwarzenegger (including Hercules in New York), Kurt Russell (is awesome).

I spend a lot of time thinking about
What it would be like to live life over and over again, making different decisions each time.

My reaction to questions I've never been asked.

After living with vegetarians- Why do they make vegetarian food that looks and tastes like meat? I understand the familiarity aspect/meat cravings blah blah, but why not be more creative?
On a typical Friday night I am
On the internet.

Drinking with some of my friends in a quiet pub/ going to see a local band.

Playing dungeons and motherfucking dragons.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I had a nervous breakdown when I was 16 and didn't leave the house for three and a half years due to chronic depression/hyper anxiety. I still suffer occasionally, but it hasn't affected me in a big way for over 6 years.

I bite my nails, and my beard.

I'm well endowed.

I make a lot of overly enthusiastic sound effects when I describe things.

I hum to myself A LOT.

I like intelligent, creative, sex-positive types, who don't take themselves too seriously. Individuals who don't care about or want to fit into popular cliques.

If you haven't seen Aliens, Terminator or Jurassic Park, I don't know if we would have much in common.

You haven't mentioned how much you fancy a celebrity in this section.

You live within a reasonable distance (50 miles or so).
