I'm here in search of friendly folks to do fun things with, such as: hiking, camping, traveling, sharing some tea &/or (vegan!) food, watching a movie, snuggling, or *YOUR IDEAS HERE*! If something "more" develops between us - great! If you are simply looking to be "just friends", that can be quite nice too. Let's just be ourselves, get to know each other and see where this leads us!

While open to different possibilities, I am most interested in finding someone to share a deep, intimate and lasting relationship with. Please note that I am *not* interested in legal/religious/"traditional" marriage.

I greatly enjoy physically expressing affection but I also tend to be somewhat reserved so please feel free to take the initiative!

I've had a vegan diet since I was 15 and I do not foresee being in a lasting intimate relationship with someone who is not vegan or quite close to it.

While I'm not "straight edge", if drugs of any non medically needed sort are a major part of your life then sharing much time together will probably be mutually frustrating. And yes - alcohol, tobacco and "herbal" drugs are still drugs by my definition.

My wonderful children live with their mother and I am with them daily or near daily. If you and I share much time together then you will almost certainly get to know my kids. That said, I am not expecting or asking for you to be another parent. On a closely related note, my vasectomy is about 6 years old. I love my children and children generally but I do not wish to help create any more.

Collecting and using coupons. Playing tour guide: I enjoy showing folks around my city/region ( Portland, Oregon / Cascadia ) but I research just about everywhere I go & often find cool places/stuff even most locals don't know about!

Physically I'm told that I have great legs and a nice ass, as well as kind eyes.

Music: Manu Chao, Dead Silence, Los Crudos, Contropotere, Dead Prez, The Coup, Casey Neill, Tch-Kung!, David Rovics, The Knife, Akil Ammar, Sin Dios. In general, I like music that makes me feel and/or that has a positive message.

Food: I'll try almost any vegan food at least once but I generally prefer wild, raw, local, organic, natural foods. I'm particularly fond of blueberries, watermelon, fresh multi-colored salads, hemp foods, dark chocolate with nuts, kombucha, Yerba Mate, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Ethiopian, Greek and Lebanese.
