Hi, I'm Tom.

I'm a bit of a geek - I studied physics at uni and I'm quite a logical / scientific person. I'm usually pretty laid-back and easygoing.

Running - I recently completed a marathon, although I've now concluded that shorter distances are more my thing. My long term goal is to do 50 parkruns.

Other interests are snowboarding, cycling (mostly to and from the train station, but sometimes mountain biking too), politics, Formula 1, video games and movies. I also like board games - Pandemic, Last Night On Earth and Monopoly (but only if you play by the proper rules).

Music - Rock, Metal and Indie. Arcade Fire, Kasabian, Rage Against The Machine, Radiohead. Also BBC2 and Jack FM.

Movies - Action, Comedy, Sci-Fi and Horror. Pulp Fiction, The Dark Knight, Hot Fuzz, Withnail & I, Star Wars, Full Metal Jacket.

TV Shows - Only Connect, Mongrels, American Dad!, Monkey Dust, The Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, The Thick Of It, Pointless, Game of Thrones

Video Games - Portal 2, Guitar Hero, Mario Kart, Dirt

Food - I'll eat pretty much anything so long as it's not too spicy. I mostly go for high carbohydrate / low fat food as that's good for running.
