I am intense, passionate, and out-there.

My Self-Summary

Hello, graduate student looking for friends. That's about it. I'm pretty interesting if you get to know me. I am a chemist and am currenty conducting research within the specialty of medicinal pharmaceutical design. Nerdy huh? Well, to balance that horrendously painful aspect of my life, I'm a semi-pro cyclist and do a lot of dancing. Swing (lindy, east-coast, charleston), Country and Western (everything under that category), and Ballroom (mostly tango, waltz, mambo, salsa, and foxtrot). Whew...next?

What I’m doing with my life

I'm getting my Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry...hooray! And then my M.D....double hooray!

I’m really good at

Everything that I do. Honestly, I'm not trying to be arrogant; moreover, it is imperative that I'm good at what I try to be ambitious at. Don't you think?

The first things people usually notice about me

The eyes....hopefully. And, if I'm on the bike, definitely the spandex.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

a) anything Vonnegut b) Eddy Izzard: Dress to Kill c) anything to ballroom, swing, or c&w dance to (plus more) d) pretty much whatever is available

The six things I could never do without

My mind, my bike, my family, my friends, chemistry....oh, and food network

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Mostly just reaction mechanisms now adays.

You should message me if

You feel so compelled....
