This and that, bartending and counseling, sex educating and comedy writing, organizing for the dc femme collective, being a fat activist, whatever strikes my fancy when the bills get too high, and eyeing a potential MSW/JD in the meantime.

Making jokes at the expensive of those I love, pumping sweet iron, picking queers out of a crowd (especially when they're flagging), arguing about everything in the known world, listening, baking, being overdressed, identifying the things that she said, knife-throwing, letter-writing, quoting the simpsons.

A very loud, debilitating laugh, and I'm usually laughing. Also, an ever-increasing number of tattoos, glasses that are too big for my face, and a level of awkwardness that borders on the offputting. I also recently chopped off an intense amount of hair and can't seem to stop touching the sides of my own head, and that seems distracting for people.

Books: I read a TON. Franny and Zooey is the best of all time, queer fiction a close second, a la Michelle Tea, memoirs of American ladies in the life during the twentieth century, oppression/liberation theory, almost literally anything - i devour books.

Movies/Shows: Strong female leads and shitty bro movies, every awful lesbian movie available on Netflix, Arrested Development, Simpsons, New Girl, Parks and Rec, SNL, anything quotable and giggle-inducing.

Music: Bluegrass/country jams, the Gossip, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Mumford and Sons, Robyn, Lumineers, most anything with a banjo feature.

Food: A hearty breakfast/brunch is far and away the best thing on the anywhere, and i am always impressed by hashbrowns done right. Also, all guacamole everything. Plus, CHEESE.
