I'm an intelligent, easy-going, fun-loving, outgoing, compassionate and charismatic man who likes to use adjectives whenever possible ;-) I enjoy time with family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, watching live music. But (like everyone else on this thing it seems) I also enjoy quiet nights at home, cooking good food, sharing some wine and good company. Lately, life has been changing fast and I would like to meet someone to share these changes with me. I'm mostly looking to meet new people right now, but romance is always nice and always welcome with the right person.

Ideally, I'd like to meet someone who is passionate in both life and love, patient, caring, knows how to communicate completely with her partner, is intelligent and likes to be spontaneous at times. Generally someone with a positive outlook on life who likes to laugh and be silly at times, but who knows who she is and at least has an idea of where she'd like to be going. Currently, I am a freelance journalist and writer, also working part time at a night club in downtown Chico. I always have several projects up in the air, and it gives me the freedom to live the free lifestyle that I have found to be very important. I would ultimately like to work for a NGO (non-governmental organization) for an international aid agency. I'd like to help create change in the world around me. There's a bunch more, but I'm ready for the next box. Besides...a bit of conversation fodder is always good right?

Why the hell I have to fill out so many boxes on a dating site, when we are all so close to one another. Also, why great people don't seem to just bump into eachother like they used to.

Lately...working. Otherwise I am typically out and about with friends. It really depends on how the week went, who is available to spend time with and the nature of my relationship with those folks.
