Hi - I'm Tod. I'm a life-long Texan who's bounced back and forth between the Dallas and Houston areas a few times.

Things I love to do include hanging out with friends at bars, following football/basketball/baseball (and pulling for my hometown Dallas teams), playing poker, trying out new restaurants, and watching movies (putting my Neftlix subscription to good use).

I'm always up for new experiences - I'm pretty flexible and am not one to say no too often.

Also always like being able to travel (especially with friends) - last 3 trips were to L.A., the Bonnaroo concert festival in Tennessee, and Las Vegas. All great. Recent update - trips to Austin City Limits, Ireland, and Vegas yet again (I can't stay away too long).

What I’m doing with my life

Right now I'm working at Lockheed Martin designing stuff for NASA. I'm an engineer, and I graduated from Rice University. I like the job - I've been working here a bit over a year and spent the previous 3 years in Fort Worth.

I’m really good at

getting along with people - I've been told that I'm impossible to hate and I'm pretty flexible with a wide range of personalities.

The first things people usually notice about me

honestly probably that I'm a bit too quiet. The next time they notice that a bit less. And that sort of repeats until people know me well - but they are happy they do!

The six things I could never do without

family, friends (yeah know those first 2 are pretty much standard but they're true), internet access, pro sports, good music, and good beer.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

what's coming up next. Short term, long term, socially, dating-wise, career-wise, travel-wise - it all manages to mix up in a nice mess of thoughts.
