My Self-Summary

I'm a crazy person with a great attitude. By crazy, I mean lively and fun. I've reached a point where I refuse to let the things in life that I used to be afraid of define who I am. I just recently got out of a relationship that started quick, and ended even more quickly. Needless to say, it was for the best. I've learned a fair amount about myself through what little time I spent in this situation. I plan to give/get more respect that was given/taken in the future.

I have great instincts and don't plan to forgo those feelings any longer.

I love to meet new people and can find good things in everyone. I'm definitely not one to be intimidating.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm working full time right now until I pay off my braces. That's right, I'm wearing braces at 22.

But when I'm done with that, depending on some other factors with my family, I want to go back to school and pursue something in Psychology or music. I may even be moving to Boston at the beginning of the new year! I'm keeping my options open and learning to relax and be independent without such a harsh kick in the ass.

I’m really good at

Having a good time. I used to let things get to me. The only time this affects me now is based solely on the crowd I'm involved with.

I also have quite the wit when it comes to perverted jokes. Well, for the most part. Again, it depends on the party involved.

The first things people usually notice about me

My laugh or my sense of humor. Honesty. The most honesty you'll find will be about myself.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Oh goodness.. I could even begin to explain these things. I am uncultured but love music. I had a strange childhood and it, in a sense, stifled my cultural pursuits. But now, more than ever, am I gaining loads and loads of culture from my amazing friends. If we get to talking, I hope you suggest me some of your favorite music. :D

Or burn me a CD or two. I've had amazing CD's burnt for me and would love more. I love love love the connections I have with people because of music and, even more so, how it brings me closer to the person who brought me such a great gift.

The six things I could never do without

1) Family.

4) Cell Phone. (This is a dangerous thing!)

6) Diet soda. (It's a problem!)

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Life. Where I'm going.. How I view who I am and how I should see things differently than the way my mind works initially.

I'm learning to relax and learning to go with the flow, as opposed to constant concern and worry over details and logistics.

On a typical Friday night I am

Either working, movie with friends, going to a club for dancing with friends, or just hanging out at home. I don't do the club thing to meet guys, essentially. But I don't know if I would be 100% opposed to it. I just enjoy dancing and good times with good people.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I've had a long period of time where my self-confidence was extremely low. It's beginning a strong journey upward. Because of this, I have a tendency to second guess myself.
