My self-summary
I've traveled all over the world. I've even been to Arkansas. But SF is my home, and I love the city. I'm hoping to find someone to share new adventures with me, someone who will challenge me, and someone I can cherish.

I'm creative, energetic, intense, passionate, and quirky. You should be too.
What I’m doing with my life
My day job involves work as a web engineer, and I love what I do. By night, I turn into a DJ, a cook, a dancer, a game player, or an explorer of the city. I did grad work in history, but ended up on a path to become a talk radio show host. That's a horrible way to make a living, however. Right now, I'm loving life, working hard, and taking in as much as I can of this amazing world we live in. I've been biking a lot lately in Marin. I travel at least once a year to some far-flung corner of the globe... The Turks and Caicos Islands and Puerto Rico are next in line.

I'm trying to find someone who thrives on being creative. Weird costumes? I'd love to see 'em. Your last burning man piece? Can't wait to see it. Show me how creative you are.
I’m really good at
Cooking with a wok. Dancing. Scuba Diving. Beer-making. DJing. Dodgeball. Ultimate Frisbee. Anything computer-related. Understanding complex ideas in History, Politics and Religion. Mustaches. Origami. Traveling. Wishing I could be a scientist. Using my hands. Card Games. Making your favorite Thai dish. Poker. Conversation. Debating creationists. Grilling. Pulling off vintage costumes. Finding the perfect ingredient for a dish. Showing tourists around the city. Being creative. Building castles. Fixing your computer. Watching sports and having a beer (multi-tasking).
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a really good dancer (but you don't have to be...I can teach you...).

Oh, and my Snidely Whiplash / Rollie Fingers 'stache. Yes, it's real and no, it doesn't get in the way of anything.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
At the moment, Thai food. I cook it a few times a week and I fancy myself getting one of those little push-carts and grilling Thai food for people. I have portable wok that I'm deadly with.

I have an extremely wide range of interests. I love science, history, philosophy, politics and current events. I'm always reading about some new discovery or trying to find out as much as I can about some historical topic I've overlooked and haven't read much about.

Science turns me on. I have a decent insect collection that I won't bug you with unless you ask.

I have a large record collection of house, happy hardcore, drum & bass, and obscure 80's tracks. I make beats.

I have the entire musical Chess memorized. Word for word. I have since I was 12.

Where I'm going dancing tonight.
On a typical Friday night I am
Dancing, going to a club with friends, spending time at a bar, playing cards with friends, checking out some new meetup group, or just taking it easy and relaxing at home. Or training for a mustache competition.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I can do only one karaoke song, from memory. The Humpty Dance.
