I just graduated from the University of Wyoming with my degree in psychology. I have lived in Wyoming almost my entire life. Recently, on a whim, I applied to grad school at TAMUCC and was accepted. So here I am in South Texas. It is really different for me, I am used to the mountains and cold weather, now I have to contend with blistering heat and the Gulf of Mexico. I couldnt be more excited. I am currently living in Rockport and I love it here! Outside of my family I know almost no one here, so it is taking some getting used to as I am generally a very outgoing person and I like to spend my free time with friends. In Wyoming I enjoy being in the outdoors. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fly fishing and rafting are all things that I was usually doing. I also have a bit of a passion for old muscle cars.

As of now, my life involves getting moved and settled in, and starting this new chapter of my life in Texas. I am working on my graduate degree in counseling. Other than that I am trying to find my way around a new place and meet new people.

Well, I know my old cars, but that is really not anything that will get me far in life. Other than that, I am good at not wanting to finish school up. Seriously, it is almost ridiculous.

People usually notice the horn growing out of my left shoulder. I have thought about having it removed, but it is such a good conversation piece, and it is such a part of me that I just cant make myself go through with it.

I read a lot, nothing academic or anything that will improve me or my mind in any way, mostly useless trivia or fiction. I have become rather fond of Christopher Moore as of late so I read and reread his books quite a bit. I am a fan of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, both the book and movie, and I probably wont ever admit this again, but I have a bit of a soft spot for rom-coms. I listen to all types of music, so long as it is at least 10 years old. The exception being country, which I find myself listening to more and more. Heck I even bought a pair of boots to enhance my listening enjoyment. I also like a lot of music from the 50s, 60s and 70s and who doesnt like music from the 80s?

I refuse to let myself be summed up by six trivial things that I cannot live without. I dont need much, but six things is not enough, maybe eight things, but not six.

Most of my time is spent thinking about what I want to be when I grow up. I have no idea. I think that I am leaning towards never actually growing up and always having the rest of my life in front of me.

Friday night can find me doing a number of things. Sometimes I am hanging out with friends, sometimes I am working on mine, or someone elses vehicle. Regardless, I am always doing something and it is always a blast!

As it turns out, my life is an open book. Everything I have done is usually common knowledge. If I choose not to share it, it is because I am mortified by it, but there is nothing that is coming readily to mind as I sit here typing this.
