My self-summary
And if you missed it, I'm the one who said, "Just grab 'em in the biscuits!" My mutant power is being able to recognize the celebrity voices used in car commercials in under 20 seconds, which I still haven't found a way to market yet. My hair is one big sea of cowlicks. I'm fucking awesome most of the time and extremely humble the rest of the time.

I am quirky, hilarious, and adorable
What I’m doing with my life
Boring desk job. If you mean for fun, then I'm all over the place.
I love to go to shows, I love dancing (esp. to the New Wave Musics
and Old School Hip Hop), I love comics. Both the booky kind and the
kind that stand up and tell me the jokes. I'm also a huge, HUGE
movie geek. I try and visit every museum in Boston and the
surrounding area at least once every year (I've been trying to get
that down closer to 6 months) firstly, because art is important to
me, but also supporting the arts is important to the community.
I've also recently become addicted to podcasts (Yay, The 40 Year Old Boy!)
as they help me get through my job.
I’m really good at
Using my powers for awesome. Dancing. Well, not so much really good at dancing, as really good at having fun dancing, which really is the point, isn't it? Finding really good British TV shows years before anybody I know has heard of them. Googling. Kissing. Some people got a degree in college, I mastered the fine art of making a mix tape. Cooking. Cuddling.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes. They change color between blue and green! My baby-face. My huge-ass COBRA symbol tattoo.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love the comic books, but also the real books with no pictures. My favorite book of all time is Dune. but by bookshelf ranges from Dickens to Douglas Adams. From Hunter S. Thompson to Francescia Lia Block. I must say that I have a soft spot in my heart for long-running mystery/crime series. I blame Fletch. The Parker books are the best of the bunch in my opinion.

"I was raised in front of the TV and I turned out TV". These are some of my favorite shows ever, although I know I'm forgetting some:

Twin Peaks, The Adventures of Pete and Pete, Buffy, Angel, Dr. Who, The Young Ones, Mighty Boosh, Supernatural, Lost, 24, Flying Blind, Aeon Flux,The Daily Show, Yo Gabba Gabba, The Sopranos, 120 Minutes, Snuff Box, Dexter, Carnivale, Mr. Show, The IT Crowd, QI, 8 out of 10 Cats, Misfits, The British Office, I-Spy, Old school Star Trek, Wild Palms, Remote Control, Yo! Mtv Raps, The Powers of Mathew Starr, The A-Team, Monster, Cowboy Bebop, Knight Rider, All DC Comics animation (Batman, Superman, Superfriends, Justice League), MST3K (of course), Sons Of Anarchy, Liquid Television, Fishing With John, Adventures of Brisco County Jr, The Muppet Show, The Maxx, Jekyll, Mad Men,Wire In The Blood, Wonder Shozen, Old School Sesame Street, Life On Mars, Ashes To Ashes, Breaking Bad, Late Show With Craig Ferguson, Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, Fringe, The State, Monty Python, Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The Simpsons, Ren & Stimpy, Family Guy, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Rome, Barbapapa, The X-Files, The Kingdom (Von Trier), Kingdom (Stephen Fry), Kids in The Hall, Pee-Wee's Playhouse, No Reservations, Party Down, Raw Nerve, Home Movies, Sifl & Olly, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Columbo, The Prisoner, Twillight Zone.

When people find out how much of a movie geek I am, people ask what my favorite movie is. The answer, for over 20 years now, is Brazil. I've lost count of the amount of times I've seen that movie and I still find something new every time I watch it. Here's some others, knowing full well that I've left hundreds out:

The Thin Man, North By Northwest, Wings Of Desire, L.A. Confidential, Until The End Of The World, Some Kind Of Wonderful, Better Off Dead, The Hudsucker Proxy, Incredibles, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Ichi The Killer, Dazed & Confused, Meatballs, Animal House, Ghostbusters, Super Troopers, Anchorman, Up, Wall-E, Let The Right One In, Pi, Miller's Crossing, Rear Window, Run Lola Run, Battle Royale, Zombieland, Sympathy For Lady Vengance, Rushmore, Tell No One, Tron, Star Wars (do I have to even say which ones?), Kill Bill, Big Lebowski, Time Bandits, Die Hard

Music is very important to me. It's the soul of life. It gets me up in the morning and puts me to bed at night. But I could never be bound to one genre because I believe there's a song to go with every flavour of mood in the human experience, and the songs can't all be in the same genre, can they?
That being said, here's some of my favorites right now:
The Pixies, Hank Williams, France Gall, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Cure, NIck Cave, The Magnetic Fields, MGMT, LCD Soundsystem, Rock Sugar, Ken Nordine, Serge Gainsbourg, bat for lashes, Modest Mouse, The black kids (am I allowed to put them down if I already put down the Cure? Sure! Go ahread! It's your list!), Yeasayer, Digital Underground,Biz Markie, The Dead Milkmen (June 12th! woo-hoo!)

Notice that this list is subject to change without any notice, depending on the mood and/or weather.

As for Food, no big long lists here. I love food, and am always up for any new culinary adventure! I believe that food is not just a way to get nutrition in our bodies, but that the history of a culture's diet paints a picture as rich and as detailed as any written history.
The six things I could never do without

I spend a lot of time thinking about
If the Philly Pizza Company ever started serving hot tea or if they
still only have it iced.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hopefully, out causing a ruckus, but usually? Watching a movie on Netflix On Demand or catching up on my "stories."
