Books: Something that teaches, grips, and amuses me. I read a lot
for school these days; they've almost made me forget I like reading
for pleasure! Great literature - that moves the soul - is
priceless.
Movies: I prefer art or foreign films over Hollywood formula
movies, but there is nothing like an afternoon feel good movie or a
top shelf blockbuster. I also like classics - the kind that I've
seen before and would watch again - Steve McQueen and Paul Newman
flicks tend to fall into this category.
Shows: I don't have time to get in to series though it kills me
because there is some good TV out there. How I Met Your Mother, 2
and Half Men (with Charlie Sheen), Always Sunny in Philadelphia,
Simpsons, South Park, and Family Guy all get honorable mentions. I
need to find someone to start watching Game of Thrones with.
Music: I have pretty eclectic taste. What I listen to tends to
affect my mood and vice versa. Some of my fave playlists are Build
It; Good and Lazy; Move It; Dinner; Poppy Boppy; Dance On; and
Sensual.
Food: I love eating, and enjoy most everything that is thoughtful
and well prepared. Eating in and eating out each have their own
advantages. A meandering weekend breakfast is a personal fave.
