My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So we're back here again.
I haven't been on here lately and I've been told that stupid okcupid says I reply selectively. Well, okay, if you're under 20, over 50 or don't have your profile filled in then yeah I probably reply selectively but otherwise I'm completely friendly. Promise :)

I’m laid back and people find me easy to talk to. I laugh a lot. If something makes me smile I am likely to take a picture of it. This means that my phone is full of pictures of cake, cups of tea and other random funny crap.

Guess I’m just hoping to click with someone and see what happens.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to figure it out. I want to spend more time doing things that make me happy and less time worrying about the things I have no control over.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Seeing both sides of an argument and respecting someone else’s opinion even if I don’t agree with it.
Falling back to sleep when it’s time to get up, why is it never that easy at night?
Baking brownies.
Telling people the truth and not just what they want to hear if they ask me a question.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can be quite shy when I first meet new people. Seriously, you should enjoy this while it lasts because once I’m comfortable I tend to waffle a bit.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books, at the moment I’m working my way through all of the Kathy Reichs books, they’re pretty good if I want a lazy read that can keep my mind off the real world.

Movies, I have lots of favorites but can’t think of anything recent that has made it onto the list. 28 days later, Monsters inc, The princess bride, Pans labyrinth if you like these movies we’ve probably got similar taste.

Shows, Criminal minds, Walking Dead, American Horror Story, Flight of the Conchords, Blue planet and Horrible histories (yes, I know it’s for kids but its so damn good)

Music, I love You me at six, Michael Jackson, The Used, Dean Martin, Biffy Clyro and this years Eurovision winner. So....pretty much a bit of everything really.

Food, now this is easy……Nutella. It's easier to list what I don't like. Parsnips, melon, olives, celery and a few others that I can’t think of right now.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family, friends, tea, phone, my dog and my car.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
You know when you make out faces in inanimate objects? I sometimes imagine what type of personality something would have based on its face. This can get way out of control when I’m driving……….there can be voices and occasionally I laugh out loud for no apparent reason. I refer to most inanimate object as boys because, well, they look like boys so before you call your car She again you should take a proper look at him.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Delighted that it’s the weekend!!

I’m probably hanging out with friends having dinner or a drink or just relaxing at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
When I was a little girl my sister and I would pretend to draw on each others backs and guess the picture.
I still love that game.
