My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Key points about me: Looking for something serious. In the Air Force, but that is subject to change. Originally from Montana but interested in possibly living somewhere else. So chill that you might think I'm bored/boring. Gamer. Traveler. Lover and not a fighter, but by choice; I am capable of protecting myself and others. I have goals and a roadmap to get there. I don't "need" a woman. Pro-gun, pro-gay rights, pro-choice, pro equality for all (Please don't lecture me on any of those).

The basic things you're really looking for: I have a car, a job, a degree (working towards at least one more), no kids/never married, and direction in life.

If I looked at your page but didn't message you, that doesn't mean I'm not interested, just introverted.

I have less than a year left in Alaska, so if you live in the area and don't want to move... sorry. I'm not going to stay and I highly doubt I will want to get married so soon.

Despite having self-deprecating humor at times, I am fairly comfortable with who I am right now.

I will get around to taking a new picture, but it takes a while because I obsess over getting it juuuuust right. Rest assured, my looks haven't changed much (minus sideburns- what a phase).
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently in the Air Force.

I have an associate's degree in a technical field, and over halfway done with an engineering bachelor's.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Tests, math, other things that everyone hates.

Not really a talent, but my weakness is that I have to do the right thing. Don't mistake that for being super straight edge, but it means that I can't just say "fuck it, it's somebody else's problem".
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
A lot of people say my smile.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I don't have "favorites", because that is too limiting. I certainly have preferences, but I can find enjoyment in nearly anything.

Books: Anything sci-fi: Rama series, Isaac Asimov, Douglas Adams, etc. Non-fiction is pretty good too, I was in a Carl Sagan phase for a while.

Movies: Comedy. I.E. Jack Black movies, anyone from SNL, films involving Kevin Smith, that sort of thing. I've been getting out to see movies recently and some of the big blockbusters are good.

TV: Doctor Who, Top Gear (rip UK version), The Walking Dead, Sherlock, Futurama... probably others.

Music: Classic rock, jazz, punk, metal, a little bit of everything. Bands? Okay.
Tenacious D, Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, CKY, Volbeat, Green Day, Weezer, Fall Out Boy, Eminem, Metallica

Foods: I've been eating healthier lately, but I still give in every once in a while to typical American foods. Mostly chicken, turkey burgers, rice, spinach, apples, etc.

Games: I play a bit of video games, depending on life and work schedules. Currently working on Metal Gear Solid V, Super Mario Maker, and Fallout 4 when it comes out. Don't tell anyone but I play a lot of Yoshi's Island on the SNES.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where to live when I leave the Air Force or switch to the National Guard. So many choices.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working, yay evening shift. I do like to explore the area when convenient. That's not much of an answer but I don't know much here except a few restaurants and a couple hiking trails. Bonus points if you know of fun things to do.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm beginning to think that people view me as overqualified for the job of 'boyfriend'. Much like a job, I seem to have an uphill battle against underqualified peers.
